Honestly, it’s good to switch things up every 4 to 6 weeks. Your body gets used to the same moves, so changing your routine helps keep things fresh and challenges your muscles in new ways. Plus, it keeps you from getting bored!

I’d say every month or so is a solid plan. You don’t want to plateau, and changing your routine can help you see better results. Just listen to your body, though—if you’re feeling stuck or not motivated, that’s a sign it might be time for a change!
