Honestly, it depends on your goals and how you’re feeling. If you’re getting bored or not seeing results anymore, it might be time for a change. Just listen to your body!

I’d say every month or so is a solid rule of thumb. You don’t want to get stuck in a rut, plus mixing it up keeps your workouts exciting!
