Honestly, one of the best ways to avoid jet lag is to adjust your sleep schedule a few days before you travel. If you’re heading to a place that's a few hours ahead, try going to bed and waking up earlier. Also, stay hydrated during your flight and avoid too much caffeine or alcohol. It really helps to get your body used to the new time zone!

I’d say try to get on the local schedule as soon as you land. If you arrive during the day, resist the urge to nap and just power through until the evening. Also, don’t forget to stretch and move around during the flight. Those little things can make a big difference in how you feel when you get there!
