"Well, one of the biggest changes has been the introduction of the Chase for the Sprint Cup back in 2004. It totally revamped how the championship was decided and added a lot more excitement to the playoffs. Plus, they've made a bunch of tweaks to safety regulations over the years, especially after some major accidents. It's all about keeping the drivers safe while still making it a thrilling sport!"

"Oh man, NASCAR has changed a lot! One major shift was when they started focusing more on aerodynamics and car design in the late '90s and early 2000s. That really changed how teams built their cars. And then there's the whole shift to electronic fuel injection in 2012, which was a game-changer for performance. Not to mention the rules around pit stops and tire changes have evolved quite a bit too!"
