"Honestly, it really depends on the program. Some are super organized and really focus on skill development, while others just seem to be a bunch of kids running around. I’d say it varies a lot!"

"I think most training programs do a decent job, especially when they emphasize teamwork and fun. If the kids are enjoying themselves and learning, that’s a win in my book!"

"I’d give them a solid 7 out of 10. There are definitely programs that hit the mark, but others could use a little more structure and focus on individual skills."

"It’s a mixed bag, to be honest. Some programs are really effective and help kids grow, while others just seem to be about keeping them busy. It’s all about finding the right fit."

"I’d rate them pretty high, like an 8. Most programs are designed to teach not just the sport but also valuable life skills. Plus, they help kids stay active, which is super important."
