**Water Jar Method**: Just like you would with flowers, you can trim the stems of your herbs and place them in a jar or glass of water. Cover the tops loosely with a plastic bag and pop them in the fridge. They'll stay fresh and vibrant for a while!

**Damp Paper Towel**: Wrap your herbs in a damp paper towel and then place them in a plastic bag or airtight container. This keeps them hydrated without making them soggy. Just make sure the towel isn’t dripping wet!

**Freezing**: If you have a lot of herbs and can’t use them all at once, chop them up and put them in an ice cube tray. Fill the tray with water or olive oil and freeze. You’ll have ready-to-use herb cubes for cooking whenever you need them!
