"You can usually tell if your pet is stressed by watching their body language. If they're hiding, panting, or have their ears back, that's a sign they might be feeling anxious. Also, if they start acting more clingy or aggressive, it could be stress."

"Look out for changes in their behavior! If your pet suddenly stops eating, is more restless than usual, or is over-grooming, those could be signs that they're feeling stressed. Just keep an eye on how they normally act, and if things seem off, it might be time to check in with a vet."
