**Keep it Fresh**: When you’re harvesting herbs, try to do it in the morning after the dew has dried. This helps keep them fresh. Use sharp scissors or shears to snip off the stems, and leave some behind so the plant can keep growing. For storage, wrap them in a damp paper towel and pop them in a plastic bag in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for a while that way!

**Drying Time**: If you have a ton of herbs, consider drying them. Just bunch them up and hang them upside down in a cool, dark place. Once they’re crispy, store them in airtight containers away from light and heat. That way, you can enjoy your herbs long after the growing season!

**Freezing is Key**: For some herbs, like basil or cilantro, freezing is a great option. Chop them up, mix with a little olive oil, and pour them into ice cube trays. Once they’re frozen, pop them out and store them in a bag. You’ll have ready-to-use herb cubes for cooking whenever you need them!
