**Nature Walk**: Just take a stroll in a park or a forest and really focus on your surroundings. Pay attention to the sounds of the leaves rustling, the smell of the fresh air, and the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. Try to notice the little details, like the colors of the flowers or the way the sunlight filters through the trees. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to what you can see, hear, and feel right at that moment.
