**Regrow Green Onions**: Just save the white roots of green onions and place them in a glass of water, making sure the roots are submerged. Put it on a sunny windowsill, and in a few days, you’ll see new green shoots sprouting up. Just change the water every few days, and you’ll have fresh green onions whenever you need them!

**Potato Eyes**: If you have some old potatoes that have started to sprout, don’t toss them! Cut them into pieces, making sure each piece has at least one eye (the little sprouts). Let them dry out for a day or two, then plant them in some soil. They’ll grow into new potato plants in no time!
