**Take it Slow**: Just pace yourself, man. Don’t rush it! Give your body time to adjust to the altitude. If you start feeling dizzy or nauseous, take a break and chill for a bit.

**Stay Hydrated**: Drink lots of water! Seriously, dehydration can make altitude sickness worse. So, keep that water bottle handy and sip on it throughout your hike.
