. I think anime does a pretty cool job of bringing mental health issues into the spotlight. You see characters dealing with all sorts of struggles, like anxiety or depression, and it helps viewers feel less alone in their own battles. Plus, it opens up conversations about mental health that might not happen otherwise.

. Honestly, I believe anime can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, it raises awareness and shows the reality of mental health struggles, which is great. But on the other hand, sometimes it can romanticize those struggles or present them in a way that’s not super realistic. It’s important to enjoy the stories but also remember that real-life issues are way more complex.

. I think anime really connects with people on an emotional level, and that includes mental health themes. Shows like "Your Lie in April" or "A Silent Voice" tackle heavy topics and can really resonate with viewers. It’s like a way for people to process their feelings and see that others go through tough times too.
