**Easy Peasy Method**: First, grab a utility knife and cut around the grout lines of the old tiles. Then, use a chisel and hammer to gently pry them up. Just be careful not to damage the underlayment! Once they’re up, clean the surface, and lay down your new tiles with some adhesive. Don’t forget to grout them afterward!

**The Power Tool Approach**: If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, you can use a power scraper to remove the old tiles. Just make sure to wear safety goggles and a mask! Once you’ve cleared the area, clean it up, apply some adhesive, and place your new tiles. Finish it off with grout for that polished look.

**Soak and Scrape**: For stubborn tiles, try soaking them with water or a tile removal solution to loosen the adhesive. After a bit of soaking, use a putty knife to scrape them off. Once they’re all gone, clean the surface well and apply your new tiles. Don’t forget to seal the grout!
