What’s the best performance you’ve seen by a supporting actor

Oh man, I’ve got to say, J.K. Simmons in "Whiplash" was absolutely mind-blowing. He just brought so much intensity and depth to that role. Every scene he was in had me on the edge of my seat. That guy really knows how to command a room!

I’d have to go with Mahershala Ali in "Moonlight." His performance was so subtle yet powerful; you could feel the weight of his character's experiences. He totally stole the show in those moments, and it just stuck with me long after the credits rolled. Such a beautiful portrayal!
