**Basic Method**: Just heat up some milk until it's almost boiling, then let it cool down to about 110°F. Stir in a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt (with live cultures), cover it, and keep it warm for 6-12 hours. After that, you've got yogurt!

**Instant Pot**: If you have an Instant Pot, just add milk and use the yogurt setting. Heat it up, then cool it down to 110°F. Add your yogurt starter, and let it do its thing for about 8 hours. It’s super convenient!
