"Drivers really have to be in peak physical shape for long races. They do a lot of cardio and strength training to build endurance, plus they practice their hydration and nutrition to keep their energy up during the race. It’s all about staying focused and not letting fatigue mess with their game!"

"It's a tough gig! Drivers usually train like athletes, hitting the gym and doing a lot of simulator work to prepare. They also have to stay mentally sharp, so they might use techniques like meditation or visualization to keep their heads in the game during those long hours behind the wheel."

"Handling the physical demands of a long race is no joke. Drivers go through intense fitness routines, focusing on core strength and stamina. They also have to get used to the heat and G-forces in the car, so they spend time in the simulator and do practice laps to build up their tolerance."
