How do you feel about the length of modern films

Honestly, I think some modern films are way too long! Sometimes I just want a good story without sitting through three hours of it. I mean, who has that kind of time?

I’m kind of torn on it. Some longer films really dive deep into the story and characters, which I love, but then there are others that just drag on. A good balance would be nice!

I feel like it depends on the movie. If it’s a blockbuster with a lot of action, I’m usually okay with it being longer. But if it’s a drama, it better keep me hooked, or I’m checking my watch!

Ugh, I know, right? Some movies feel like they could’ve been an hour shorter. I get that they want to explore everything, but sometimes less is more!

I actually don’t mind the length if it’s a good film. I’m all for epic storytelling! But if it feels like a chore to sit through, then yeah, it can be a bit much.
