**Air Drying**: Just tie a bunch of herbs together and hang them upside down in a dry, dark place with good airflow. After a week or so, they should be nice and crispy. Then, crumble them into a jar and store them away!

**Oven Drying**: Preheat your oven to the lowest setting, spread the herbs on a baking sheet, and pop them in for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Once they’re dry, let them cool and store them in an airtight container.

**Microwave Drying**: Place your herbs between two paper towels and microwave them in short bursts (about 20 seconds at a time) until they’re dry. It’s super quick! Just make sure to let them cool before storing.
