**Simple No-Knead Bread**: Just mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 ½ teaspoons of salt, and ½ teaspoon of yeast in a bowl. Add 1 ½ cups of warm water and stir until combined. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 12-18 hours. When you’re ready to bake, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up. Shape your dough into a ball, let it rest for 30 minutes, then bake it covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for another 15. Enjoy that crusty goodness!

**Classic White Bread**: Combine 2 cups of warm water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it’s frothy. Then, mix in 5 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, and ¼ cup of melted butter. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, let it rise for an hour, then shape it into a loaf and let it rise again for 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-35 minutes. Perfect for sandwiches!
