**Air Drying**: Just tie a bunch of herbs together and hang them upside down in a cool, dry place. Make sure there's good airflow so they don’t mold.

**Oven Drying**: Spread your herbs on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven at the lowest temperature for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
