**Look for Size**: Just keep an eye on your herbs. When they’re about 6-8 inches tall, that’s usually a good sign they’re ready to be snipped.

**Check the Leaves**: If the leaves are vibrant and healthy, you’re in the clear. For most herbs, you want to harvest before they start to flower, since that can change their flavor.

**Smell Test**: Give them a sniff! If they smell super fragrant, it’s a good time to harvest. Fresh herbs are all about that aroma!

**Time of Day**: Early in the morning is the best time to pick herbs. That’s when they’re full of moisture and flavor, so you get the best quality.

**Trial and Error**: Honestly, sometimes you just gotta try it out! Pick a little and taste it. If it’s flavorful, go ahead and harvest more.
