**Dry and Store**: After your plants have finished producing, wait for the seeds to fully ripen. For most plants, you can just let the seed pods dry out on the plant. Once they’re dry, collect them, and store them in a cool, dry place in paper envelopes or glass jars. Just make sure to label them so you remember what’s what!

Scoop out the seeds and the gel around them, put them in a jar with a bit of water, and let it sit for a couple of days. This helps remove the gel and any mold. After that, rinse the seeds, let them dry, and store them.
