"It really depends on your bike and how you ride it, but a good rule of thumb is to change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. If you’re riding hard or in tough conditions, you might want to do it more often."

"Honestly, every six months is a good practice if you ride a lot. Even if you haven’t hit the mileage, oil can break down over time. Better safe than sorry!"

"If you’re using synthetic oil, you might stretch it to 5,000 miles or so. But if you’re using regular oil, aim for around 3,000 miles. Just remember to keep an eye on it every now and then!"
