1. Oh man, it has to be Heath Ledger’s Joker in "The Dark Knight." He was just so unpredictable and chaotic. Every scene he was in had me on the edge of my seat. His performance was legendary!

2. I’d say Darth Vader from "Star Wars." I mean, who doesn’t remember that iconic breathing and the whole "I am your father" reveal? He’s just such an epic villain, and his backstory makes him even more compelling.

3. For me, it’s definitely Anton Chigurh from "No Country for Old Men." That guy was terrifying! The way he used that cattle gun was chilling, and he had this cold, detached vibe that made him unforgettable.
