**Adjust Your Schedule**: Before you even leave, I try to shift my sleep schedule a bit to match the destination's time zone. If I'm heading somewhere that's a few hours ahead, I go to bed a little earlier each night for a few days. It helps a ton!

**Stay Hydrated**: I always drink plenty of water during the flight. Dehydration can make jet lag worse, so I avoid too much caffeine and alcohol. Plus, I bring a reusable water bottle to fill up at the airport.

**Get Moving**: Once I arrive, I hit the ground running! I take a walk or do some light exercise to shake off the tiredness. Being active helps wake me up and adjust to the new time zone faster.
