"Start light and focus on your form! Pick a weight that lets you do 10-15 reps without struggling too much. Once that feels easy, you can gradually increase the weight. It's all about finding that sweet spot where you're challenged but not risking injury."

"Honestly, it depends on your fitness level. If you're a newbie, go for something light, like 5-10 pounds, and see how it feels. If you can crank out 15 reps easily, it's time to bump it up. Just listen to your body!"

"A good rule of thumb is to choose a weight that makes the last few reps of your set tough but doable. You should feel like you could do one or two more, but not ten more. And don't forget to mix it up every now and then to keep things interesting!"
