Set realistic goals and be flexible. If you can only squeeze in a quick workout a few times a week, that’s totally fine! Just focus on making those sessions count and don’t stress about perfection.

Try to integrate fitness into your daily routine. Walk or bike instead of driving when you can, or do a quick workout during your lunch break. It doesn’t always have to be a formal gym session to count!
