"You can start by feeling your pet’s ribs. If you can’t feel them without pressing hard, they might be a bit overweight. Also, check if they have a noticeable waist when you look from above. If they look more like a sausage than a hourglass, it’s time to rethink their diet!"

"One way to tell is to weigh them and compare it to the breed's standard weight. If they’re way over that, it’s probably a sign. Also, if they seem to get tired really quickly during walks or playtime, that might be a clue too!"
