Honestly, I think "The Shawshank Redemption" has one of the best endings ever. The way Andy escapes and then the whole reunion at the beach with Red is just so satisfying and uplifting. It really hits you in the feels!

For me, "Inception" takes the cake. That spinning top at the end? It leaves you questioning everything! I love how it keeps you thinking long after the credits roll. Such a mind-bender!
