**Roasting**: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap each beet in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on their size, until they’re tender when pierced with a fork. Once they're cool enough to handle, you can easily peel off the skins. Roasting brings out their natural sweetness!
