**Herb Infusion**: Just grab some fresh herbs like basil, rosemary, or thyme. Heat up your favorite oil (like olive or grapeseed) on low heat, toss in the herbs, and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Strain it out, and you’ve got a tasty herb oil!

**Garlic Goodness**: For a garlicky kick, peel a few cloves of garlic and add them to a pot of oil. Heat it gently, but don’t let it boil. After about 30 minutes, strain the garlic out, and you’ll have a delicious garlic-infused oil.

**Spicy Kick**: If you like things a bit spicy, add dried chili flakes or whole dried peppers to your oil. Heat it up on low until it’s fragrant, then let it cool and strain. Perfect for drizzling on pizza or pasta!

**Citrus Zing**: Zest some lemons, limes, or oranges and add the zest to your oil. Heat it gently for about 20 minutes, then strain out the zest. This citrus oil is great for dressings or marinades!
