Honestly, the easiest way to poach an egg is to bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer, add a splash of vinegar, and then crack the egg into a small bowl before gently sliding it into the water. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, and you’ll get that perfect runny yolk!

So, what I do is heat some water in a saucepan, add a bit of vinegar to help the egg hold its shape, and then create a little whirlpool with a spoon. Crack the egg right into the center and let it do its thing for about 4 minutes. It’s super simple and always turns out great!

Poaching an egg is pretty straightforward! Just get a pot of water simmering, stir it a bit, and crack your egg right in. I usually let it cook for around 3-5 minutes, depending on how runny I want the yolk. And don’t forget the vinegar—helps it stay nice and neat!
