Honestly, I think "Breaking Bad" takes the cake. Walter White's transformation into Heisenberg is just unforgettable, and you can't forget about Gus Fring and his calm, collected menace. They really stick with you long after the show ends!

I'd have to say "Game of Thrones" has some of the most iconic villains out there. Characters like Joffrey and Cersei are just so memorable for their wickedness. Plus, who can forget about the Night King? Those guys really left a mark on the series!
