One great breathing technique is the "4-7-8" method. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4, hold it for 7 seconds, and then exhale through your mouth for a count of 8. It helps you stay calm and focused, especially during tough workouts. Just remember to breathe deeply and not rush it!
