To balance cardio and strength training, try mixing them throughout the week. You could do strength training about three times a week and sprinkle in cardio on the other days. For example, lift weights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, then go for a run or do some cycling on Tuesday and Thursday. And don’t forget to throw in some active recovery on the weekends, like a light walk or yoga. Just listen to your body and adjust as needed!
