Honestly, I think the best way to manage stress through fitness is to find something you genuinely enjoy. Whether it's hitting the gym, going for a run, or even taking a dance class, if you love what you're doing, it won't feel like a chore. Plus, getting those endorphins flowing really helps lift your mood!

For me, a mix of cardio and some good old strength training works wonders! I like to blast some music and just let loose during a workout. It's like a mini escape from everything else.
