Hey! I’d say start by mixing up your workouts to keep things interesting. Maybe do strength training on Mondays and Thursdays, cardio on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and then throw in some flexibility or yoga on Wednesdays. Don’t forget to give yourself a rest day, maybe Sunday? That way, you’ll have a good balance and won’t burn out.
