Honestly, you can totally build muscle just from food if you're eating the right stuff. Whole foods like chicken, fish, eggs, and beans have all the protein and nutrients you need. Supplements can help, but they're not a must.

I think it really depends on your diet. If you're eating a balanced diet with enough protein, carbs, and fats, you can get everything you need from food. But if you're struggling to hit your protein goals, maybe a protein shake could help out.

Supplements can be convenient, but they're not essential. If you focus on whole foods and make sure you're getting enough calories and protein, you can definitely build muscle without them. Just make sure you're eating enough!

You can get a lot from food, but sometimes it’s hard to hit those protein targets, especially if you're busy. That’s where supplements come in handy. They’re not necessary, but they can make life a bit easier.

It’s totally possible to build muscle without supplements. Just make sure you’re eating a variety of nutrient-dense foods. But if you find it hard to get enough protein or calories, a supplement here and there can help.

I’d say food is the best way to go. Whole foods provide a ton of nutrients that supplements just can’t match. But if you’re in a pinch or need a quick boost, a protein shake or creatine can be a nice addition.
