Honestly, I think diet plays a bigger role than exercise when it comes to weight loss. You can hit the gym all you want, but if you're munching on junk food, it’s gonna be tough to see results.

I’d say they’re both important, but if I had to pick, I’d lean more towards diet. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, you know? Eating right makes a huge difference.

It’s kind of like a team effort! Exercise helps tone and build muscle, but if your diet’s not on point, you might not lose as much weight as you want. They really go hand in hand.

For me, I’ve found that focusing on my diet helped me drop pounds way faster than just exercising. But hey, a little bit of both is definitely the best way to go!
