Honestly, tracking your workouts can be super helpful! It lets you see your progress over time, keeps you motivated, and helps you figure out what’s working for you and what isn’t. Plus, it’s kind of cool to look back and see how far you’ve come!

I think tracking your workouts is pretty important if you want to reach your goals. It helps you stay accountable and can show you patterns in your routine. But hey, if you’re just working out for fun, it’s not a must! Just do what feels right for you.
