When it comes to harvesting and drying herbs, one of the best practices is to pick them in the morning after the dew has dried but before the sun gets too hot. This helps preserve their flavor and essential oils. For drying, you can tie the stems together and hang them upside down in a cool, dark place with good airflow. Alternatively, you can use a dehydrator or even an oven on a low setting. Just make sure they’re completely dry before storing them in airtight containers to keep them fresh!
