Hey! Gym intimidation is totally normal, especially when you're just starting out. One way to deal with it is to focus on your own goals and remember that everyone was a beginner at some point. Try going during off-peak hours when it’s less crowded, and maybe bring a friend along for support. Also, don’t hesitate to ask staff or other gym-goers for help if you’re unsure about something. Just take it one step at a time, and soon you’ll feel more comfortable!
