"You might be overtraining if you feel super tired all the time, even after resting. If your workouts start feeling way harder than usual or you’re not hitting your usual numbers, that’s a sign. Also, keep an eye out for mood swings or feeling more irritable than normal."

"If you notice you're not recovering well between workouts, or if you're getting sick more often, those could be red flags. Plus, if your sleep is all messed up or you just don’t have the same motivation to hit the gym, it might be time to take a step back."
