Honestly, steaming is probably the way to go. It cooks them just enough without leaching out all those good nutrients. Plus, they still have that nice crunch!

I’d say try roasting them! Toss them in a little olive oil and your favorite spices, and roast at a high temp. It brings out the flavor and keeps a lot of the nutrients intact. Win-win!

Blanching is a solid option too! Just boil them for a minute or two, then plunge them in ice water. It keeps them bright and crisp while locking in those vitamins. Super easy!
