"You can tell a workout is too easy if you’re barely breaking a sweat and could chat with a friend the whole time. On the flip side, if you’re struggling to keep up, feeling super fatigued, or can’t finish your sets, it might be too hard. Aim for that sweet spot where you’re challenged but still able to push through!"

"A good rule of thumb is the ‘talk test.’ If you can talk easily while working out, it’s likely too easy. But if you can’t get a word out without gasping, it’s probably too hard. You want to feel like you’re working, but not like you’re about to pass out!"
