"You’ll know you’re lifting the right weight if you can do your reps with good form but still feel challenged by the last couple of them. If you can breeze through all your sets, it might be time to up the weight!"

"A good rule of thumb is to pick a weight that lets you complete your sets but leaves you feeling like you could only do one or two more at the end. If you’re not feeling that burn, you might want to go heavier!"

"Listen to your body! If you’re struggling to finish your last few reps or your form starts to slip, that means you’re probably at the right weight. Just make sure you’re not risking injury!"

"Try to gauge it by how you feel during your workout. If you’re feeling fatigued but not completely wiped out, you’re likely lifting a good amount. If you can chat through your sets, it’s probably too light!"
