One way to tell if you're eating enough for your training is to pay attention to your energy levels. If you're feeling consistently tired or sluggish during workouts, it might be a sign you need to up your food intake. Also, keep an eye on your recovery. If you're sore for longer than usual or not bouncing back after tough sessions, that could mean your body isn’t getting the fuel it needs. And of course, if you're losing weight when you don’t want to, that’s another red flag. Listening to your body is key!
