"Honestly, I think the best way to warm up is to start with some light cardio, like jogging or jumping jacks, for about 5-10 minutes. Then, I like to do some dynamic stretches, you know, like leg swings and arm circles, to get my muscles ready for the workout."

"I usually just do a quick 5-minute walk or a slow bike ride to get my heart rate up, and then I throw in some dynamic movements like lunges and torso twists. It really helps to get everything loosened up before hitting the weights or going for a run."
