"Before a workout, it's all about finding that sweet spot with your food. Ideally, you want to have a mix of carbs and protein about 30 minutes to an hour before you hit the gym. Something like a banana with peanut butter or some yogurt with granola works great. Just make sure you’re not too full, or you might feel sluggish!"
