"I think the best way to evaluate player training is by looking at their performance during games. If they’re improving their skills and showing better teamwork, then the training is definitely working."

"I usually keep track of their stats, like serve accuracy and hitting percentages, before and after the training. If we see those numbers go up, it’s a good sign that the training is effective."
